Cayuga duck hatching eggs
At Game Fowls Ranch, our Cayuga breeding flocks are selectively line-bred for deep beetle-green iridescence, heavy bone structure, broad keel alignment, and gentle temperaments. Cayugas are exceptional dual-purpose homestead birds, laying between 100 to 180 large eggs per year (which uniquely start with charcoal to slate-grey shells early in the laying cycle before lightening to cream or white) while foraging heavily for snails, slugs, and garden pests.
Eggs are gathered multiple times daily to protect natural shell bloom and cleanliness, then hand-inspected for proper shape, shell density, and air cell stability before shipment. To protect your investment against transit vibration, shock, and temperature shifts, every order is cushioned inside custom high-density, shock-absorbing foam egg shippers.
